HOW TO JOIN HALCOM MULTIPAY?

Existing Hal-E Bank user

  1. Log in to your Halcom MultiPay user portal with an existing qualified digital certificate (QDC) ONE FOR ALL.
  2. Enter your certificate PIN and register your account(s) in just a few steps without having to visit your bank branch.
  3. If you would like to use the QDC in the cloud Halcom One to access Halcom MultiPay:
    • order it HERE,
    • you can be authorized at your bank to get Halcom MultiPay access.

New user

For account registration you will need:

• a bank account,
• account authorizations in Hal E-Bank Admin,
• QDC ONE FOR ALL (USB key or smart card – order) and/or QDC Halcom One (order).

  1. With the obtained QDC, log in to the Halcom MultiPay user portal.
  2. Enter the PIN code (QDC ONE FOR ALL) or the username with confirmation in the Halcom One application (QDC Halcom One) and add the already authorized account (s) in a few steps.

Sign up with the qualified digital certificate:

• ONE FOR ALL and enter your PIN or
• Halcom One and enter your username. Confirm Halcom One login through the Halcom One mobile app.

 From the list of company accounts of the supported banks, select the accounts you want to see in the Halcom MultiPay application.
If the list of accounts is empty, arrange the authorization for the company accounts at your bank.

 Click the FINISH button to activate the accounts for the Halcom MultiPay apps.

 

1 Enter the Halcom MultiPay web app or access it through the Halcom MultiPay user portal by clicking the OPEN MULTIPAY button.

Sign up with the qualified digital certificate:

• ONE FOR ALL and enter the PIN or
• Halcom One and enter your username. Confirm Halcom One login through the Halcom One mobile app.

Enter the Halcom MultiPay user portal.

• Click the ACTIVATE button.
• The Halcom MultiPay mobile app uses the qualified digital certificates in the cloud technology so the activation process differs depending on QDC used:

  → ONE FOR ALL:

1. check the accuracy of the QDC data,
2. confirm that your company’s legal representative has been notified of the release of QDC in the cloud,
3. confirm the release of QDC in the cloud for the mobile app with no extra cost (created QDC in the cloud to activate the mobile application Halcom MultiPay is valid for 3 years from the date of issue),
4. review the PDF documents (GDPR consent form, order for QDC in the cloud),
5. check your email address for the delivery of the registration code,
6. click the SIGN&FINISH button and sign the request through the Nexus Personal window.

        → Halcom One:

1. Check your email address for the delivery of the registration code.

2. Click the FINISH button and complete the activation.

Do not close the user portal until you have completely registered the mobile application. 
2 Install the Halcom MultiPay mobile app from either Google Play or App Store.

Register the Halcom Multipay mobile app by entering the registration and activation codes:

• the registration code has been sent to you by email,
• activation code is displayed within the Halcom MultiPay user portal.
4 Set a PIN code to enter the mobile app.
